COLORADO SPRINGS — November 20, 2024 – The Housing & Building Association of Colorado Springs (CSHBA) continued its 75-year tradition of electing distinct industry leaders to represent the most influential association in the Pikes Peak region. Andrea Barlow, Principal at N.E.S., Inc was installed as the 2025 HBA President at the Association’s Annual Membership Reception, held Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at Creekside Terrace. Tim Seibert (Norwood Development), the 2016 HBA President, was chosen to install Barlow.
The HBA’s 2024 President Thomas Garmong, Owner of Koda Concrete, moved into the position of Immediate Past President, and Loren Moreland of Classic Homes was voted in as the President-Elect. Jill Webb (Higginbotham Insurance), Joshua Klenda (Rusin Concrete), Lauren Comito-Perault (Comito Building and Design), Erin Ganaway (Challenger Homes), Blake Green (Proterra Properties), and Andrew Merritt, (The O’Neil Group) were installed as new board members.
CSHBA members were named to the National Association of Home Builders(NAHB) Board of Directors as well as the Colorado Association of Home Builders (CAHB) Board of Directors. Grace Covington (Covington Homes), Carrie Bartow (CliftonLarsonAllen), Randy Case II (Case International) and Aric Jones (Oakwood Homes) will serve as directors for NAHB. Bryan Long (Case International), Carrie Bartow (CliftonLarsonAllen) and Tyler Jones (Oakwood Homes) will serve as directors for CAHB.
Recognized at the reception were 15 volunteer chairs of the various committees and councils of CSHBA. Together, these and other members of the Association provided critical support to the building industry with more than 6,000 volunteer hours during the year. CSHBA’s membership represents approximately 465 companies. The achievements of our members and the volunteer time they contribute not only serve to further the HBA’s mission to keep housing affordable but give strength to the housing and building industry in our local community as a whole.
