- What does your company do in a nutshell?
We provide home staging services as well as interior design services. Whether you’re looking to stage a few key rooms or an entire home, add standout accessories that create a ‘wow’ factor, or explore home renovation options to transform your space, 719 Staging & Design has everything you need! We service all of Colorado!
- What sets your company apart in your field?
We have the expertise to look at a home from a Realtor or buyer’s perspective to identify the key objections to a home. This allows us the opportunity to help our clients avoid objections by defining spaces practically and in a beautiful way. With being licensed Realtors we hold the knowledge to advise clients in a design aspect on the best finishes to put into a home that will not only help the value of their home but also bring a timeless style to any space.
- How long have you been operating, and how did your company get started?
719 Staging and Design started in 2020, serving just a few clients a year. Five short years later we are staging upwards of 250+ homes a year! Our owner, Angela Fugate, started staging her own homes as a Realtor and quickly realized what an asset having a staging and design company would be to not only her clients but to so many others across Colorado. Through this experience, she developed a true passion for helping others and creating breathtaking spaces.
- What’s something your company is currently working on that you’re really excited about?
The Parade of Homes is something our company looks forward to each year. We are excited to bring a fresh new design style to a Parade home and help the Builder bring a one of a kind home to the market!
- How can fellow members collaborate with or support your company?
Collaboration is important in any industry and in Real Estate, it is no different. Marketing and sharing posts are key to any company’s success.

- What inspired you to join the HBA?
We were inspired by the opportunity to reach a broader audience of clients and help them showcase their homes at their very best. We’re also excited to build lasting relationships with future clients and fellow HBA members alike!
- Why do you think associations like ours matter in today’s business landscape?
Applying the same thought as above, collaboration is key to any successful business. Associations like the HBA assist in ensuring that collaboration continues!
