CICC works to combat the employment gap in the construction industry by increasing awareness, generating interest, and connecting students to opportunities in construction.

The Career Fair is intended to provide on-the-spot hiring opportunities for students by HBA members.

Custom internship and employment matches may be made based on student interest, skills, availability, and career goals to ensure the student is fully engaged in the opportunity and leads to higher succession rates and retention.

Please provide us with a job description that we can provide to students prior to career day.
