CICC works to combat the employment gap in the construction industry by increasing awareness, generating interest, and connecting students to opportunities in construction.
The Career Fair is intended to provide students the opportunity to learn about career pathways available within the construction industry in addition to potentially gaining employment through HBA members.
Custom internship, job shadows, and employment matches may be made based on student interest, skills, availability, and future goals to ensure the student is fully engaged in the opportunity and leads to higher succession rates and retention.
Please provide us with a job description if available that we can provide to students prior to the event.
