The Colorado Springs Parade of Homes is one of the longest continuously running Parades in the nation … thousands of buyers anticipate, and then participate, in the Parade of Homes every year.

The Parade will be Friday, September 8, 2023 through Sunday, September 24, 2023 this year; homes are open 10 AM – 6 PM, closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
