Johanna Hillgrove joined the HBA in September 2022 as the Member Services & Events Manager and later transitioned to part-time status. She brings with her 15 years of customer service and 10 years of event planning expertise. With a background as a marketing manager, Johanna has promoted both new design and modernizations for the built environment, focusing primarily on vertical transportation, logistics, and façade access consulting.

At the HBA, Johanna assists with the execution of member events with a primary focus on securing sponsorships.
