The Colorado Springs Parade of Homes is one of the longest continuously running Parades in the nation … thousands of buyers anticipate, and then participate, in the Parade of Homes every year.

The Parade will be Friday, September 9, 2022 through Sunday, September 25, 2022 this year; homes are open 10 AM – 6 PM, closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
Contracts are due May 6, 2022

Your entry includes both the in-person Parade and the Virtual Parade.
