Careers in Construction Colorado (CICC) was created by industry professionals who recognized the need to grow and strengthen the construction workforce. Since its launch in 2015 as a pilot program with one school, CICC has grown into a statewide initiative, now serving over 3,000 students annually.

HBA Cares, Inc. is a nonprofit organization founded by members of the housing and building industry.  The philanthropic arm of the Housing & Building Association of Colorado Springs, HBA Cares is guided by its own board of directors, budget, and mission: to partner with other nonprofits, engaging industry resources to support transitional and accessible housing and other community projects.
