- City is a partner in the Pikes Peak Real Estate Foundation pre-development fund to assist local non-profits with project planning
- 100% of City private activity bond allocation approved for affordable multi-family development
- City/CSU developing a scoring matrix and funding mechanism to qualify affordable multifamily projects for fee offsets
- LIHTC awards increased by 65% since 2016
- ReTool COS technical advisory committee exploring provisions that will enable development of affordable housing
- City plans to issue an RFP for redevelopment of Dorchester Park that includes a housing component
