As Director of Operations and Development, Sheridan Stancliff plays a critical role in the overall success and daily function of the Housing & Building Association. With a focus on strategic execution, organizational efficiency, and executive support, she works closely with the CEO and Board of Directors to implement initiatives that support the Association’s long-term goals.

Sheridan oversees a wide range of responsibilities, including managing business planning processes, maintaining organizational bylaws and policies, supporting board and committee operations, and ensuring seamless coordination across departments. She also directs IT and database systems, manages human resources processes, and provides oversight for general office and facility operations.

In addition to her operational leadership, Sheridan collaborates on financial planning and reporting, supervises staff and contractors, and helps maintain the technological tools and platforms that support both internal teams and membership communications. Her work is grounded in a commitment to efficiency, transparency, and innovation.

Outside the office, Sheridan enjoys spending quality time with her husband. She loves camping, cooking, traveling, and expressing her creativity through various projects.
