You also now have the option to receive either an automated call ahead or an automated text message notifying you your inspector is coming soon.
PPRBD has a YouTube channel for how-to videos on electronic plan submissions, online inspection requests, and more.
LANDSLIDE-SUSCEPTIBLE ZONES
All communities have exposure to natural disaster potential, be it landslides, flooding, fires, hurricanes, earthquakes, tornadoes, etc. Our industry takes these geological hazards – and all hazards – seriously, and is dedicated to continuing to work with the City on these issues. The HBA favors full disclosure of these potential risks so that consumers can make a fully informed, intelligent decision when it comes to buying a lot or home.
- Check the Colorado Geological Survey Map to see if a lot or home is in a landslide susceptibility zone.
- Search for Geohazard Reports by subdivision.
(Hint: Type in the subdivision name, choose “Geohazard reports” and click on the correct filing number.)
Note: The maps and information provided are for general information only and do not necessarily identify potential hazards for a specific site.
