As a Land Use/Policy Manager, Jillian bridges the gap between the government and the CSHBA by identifying key issues, implementing advocacy strategies, and fostering grassroots support among CSHBA members. Reporting to the Executive Officer, she oversees committees and councils, monitors government agendas, recommends proactive policy measures, and maintains strong communication with elected officials to drive industry progress.

Jillian loves traveling, giving back through volunteering, staying active with boxing, enjoying movies and music, and cherishing time with her loved ones.
