2025 Breakfast with the Builders – REALTORS® Registration

For over 30 years, HBA builders and licensed real estate agents have gathered at this exclusive event to discuss new inventory and locations that could benefit new home buyers. Attracting a diverse range of sponsors, the event draws hundreds of REALTORS® who network over breakfast and visit booths hosted by builders and developers. This event is crucial for strengthening builder-agent relationships, which play a key role in the success of the housing and building industry in Colorado Springs. Prizes and giveaways will be available throughout the morning.

Parking: Self-parking is available in the hotel garage. Parking tickets can be validated at the front desk when exiting. Please note, the garage height limit is 6 ft 8 in; larger vehicles will need to find alternative downtown parking.
