HBA OF COLORADO SPRINGS COUNCILS

NAHB councils target specific disciplines within the home building industry and give members with common interests the opportunity to exchange ideas, further their education, develop policies that benefit their areas of interest, and network with like-minded peers.

PUBLIC POLICY COUNCIL

Builder and Developer Members meet monthly to address policy issues that affect the development industry, including impact fees, water and regulation. This council is intended for large builder and developer members. It is not part of NAHB

REMODELERS COUNCIL

Representatives from the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department (RBD) participate with HBA members in discussing items related to everyday operations at RBD, items of general interest, concerns of the building industry, and the building codes and proposed revisions. This is an NAHB local chapter. Individual membership is $70/year.

THE NAHB LEADING SUPPLIERS COUNCIL

Established in 1964 as a Suppliers Council for the National Association of Home Builders, the NAHB Leading Suppliers Council is more than just products and services. The NAHB Leading Suppliers Council offers members the opportunity to shape the policies and programs of the residential construction industry, while raising members’ visibility among the nation’s builders. MULTIFAMILY

The National Association of Home Builders Multifamily Council was first established in January 1981 to serve as the voice of the multifamily industry. NAHB Multifamily represents the specific interests of builders, developers, owners, and managers of all sizes and types of condominiums and rental apartments.
