After Hours Sponsorship
Membership After Hours is a great opportunity to showcase your business to fellow HBA Members!
Sponsoring company will provide hors d’oeuvres and beverages (i.e.: beer, wine and soft drinks) at their place of business and a door prize with a minimum value of $25.
You must have a showroom / meeting area & enough parking to accommodate approximately 75+ attendees.
Membership After Hours are typically held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month,
5:00—7:30 p.m. in January, February, May, June, and October
HBA Member will receive the following as a Sponsor of the After Hours Event:
• Your company, and this event, will be promoted in the HBA communication tools—Tuesday @ 10 e-mail, social networking sites and The HOMEFRONT.
• HBA Staff at the event to assist with MC’ing and help with registration
• Member Services Council will provide a networking game
• HBA Staff will compile and provide the sponsoring company an electronic list of actual attendees.
• In addition, you will be given the opportunity to speak for approximately 3 minutes in front of the audience at the Membership After Hours.
HBA Membership After Hours is a free event to all HBA members and their invited guests. HBA may ask for a donation to HBA Cares. You may partner with another HBA member to help cover some of your costs; please notify Shirley Rouse at the HBA at (719) 592-1800, ext 17, so that we may recognize the co-sponsoring Member company.
